You got an obd malfunction light on the dash

What codes have you retrieved,if any?

Even when you give us codes, you still
will need a repair shop to diagnose the
ABS issue

Whomever did the brakes may have created the issue
but I would think it is just a coincidence

What are symptoms of a bad wheel bearing?

good chance with the ABS light on . you will need to jack it up and wiggle the tire top and bottom and side to side and look for movement . with bearings as bad as you might have get it repaired NOW and don't drive it anymore until it's fixed.

Contact between brake caliper and disc brake on Ford f350 possible ujoint problem or ball joints some up and down movement in hub when wheel is removed

Since you mentioned U-joint, I'll assume you're talking about a 4x4 F350 front wheel. I am not that familiar with the F350 4x4, but if the rotor is touching the brake components (and you have good pads), the problem is not the ball joints or the u-joint. It is most likely the wheel bearings.
And if it's touching the caliper or anchor bracket, the bearings are pretty bad.
Jack the wheel off the ground. Grab the top and bottom of the tire, and see if there is any "play" in and out to the truck. There should be virtually no play. If not convinced, check the other side for comparison.

I have a code u1418 implausible right wheel distance signal received (2oo8 jeep compass)

did you read the fsm on this,

here

https://www.techauthority.com/en-us/products/?year=2008&model=548

not sure which book is best, ask jeep

the correct book walks you through all steps.

seems its abs (distances calce errors)
or the sensor is bad or dirty or loose or damaged
looking at it can do WONDerS

might even be bad brakes there
why not get the brakes checked by a real shop
ASE shops rule
ABS NEEDs good brakes FIRST.
1 case in point a grabbing brake, or other odd behaviour)
ever google search seems not
one guy had bad wheel bearing
a good shop (why not use one) would check that corner 100% bearing, shocks, sensor, brakes
and tie rods, (all means, ALL)
if tire hops moving and braking abs will be upset. ABS is not genius level yet.

all it knows is the sensors read odd.!!!!
and even compares them to others and true veh.speed
why not get a real mech, in the loop
an ASE SHOP.
it can also be network errors on the can buss network, that means using a REAL scan tool.
or you miss ALL THAT. (id bet no net error here)

the ABS sees odd readings right side sensor RF and RR
try to think like a dumbb computer (no joke)
if it sees one sensor , different and not braking and not turning
or one locks up, or varies. oddly braking.
oddly is he key word,
or IT tries to prevent a tire on right side from skidding but cant... (dah bad pads ,etc)
warped rotors??????
see how that works??
bad brakes
bad sensors (means wires there)
skipping tires
wobbling tires,rotors, bearing SHOT.
dead shocks (hopping like a bunny)
bad belongs.
sticky pads, burned up. or ???? not same match to others (do no mix brands up)
worn pads to metal back plates
overheated brakes
wobbing rotors.
(loose suspension parts right side)

do i need go gone on naming everything a spinning braking tire can do,wrong,, why? take a class on brakes then ABS,???
check for bad wires.
check brakes.
check bearings.
even loose lug nuts, really.
wrong size tire
bad tire, treads not same 4 corners.

or get car serviced ,that ASE guy knows what to do.

when abs fails , try to not think ABS
first (sure, wires)
try to think ABS saved my life by telling me
braking is bad before he human noticed it.!!!
it does this very well, this early warning
but is dumbb...
it can't know the wheel bearing is at
dangerous state of being../ just odd data, it sees.
(funny "odd" tone wheel, data from the sensors)
see choppy data... confusing to the non AI brain
it's not 2050 year.?

i did not list all possible points of failure
its too huge.
(ok pinched brake line)
get car serviced, why not?

or caliper slider pins sticking.... oops...

I have 1999 4x4 blazer the abs light comes when u hit a bump and when u turn left hit the brakes it a nosie and hard to stop any help will greatful thank u

check for failing wheel bearings as the hub may be contacting the sensor for the abs because of excessive hub movement. Noise and hard to stop suggest a brake fault (no pads) or loose disc rotor.

HAVE A "GROWLING" SOUND FROM THE FRONT LEFT WHEEL, BREAKS ARE PULSATING. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

the brake pads are worn to nothing so you have a metal to metal contact making that noise. the brake rotor will be considered junk as well since it is very noisy

My monte carlo shakes when i put on the brakes

Check for bent wheel bearing hub. Beyond that, have a runout test done on the rotors while on the vehicle.

Pulsing sound and feel from wheels

Ok, if the wheel bearing assembly was installed incorrectly the wheel would wobble and you would have a disconcerting feeling in the steering wheel. The rotors have to be within factory specs to be turned safely. What I would do is have the rotors checked with a micrometer and replaced.

ABS brakes

Your ABS sensor in the front left wheel is bad, this may also meen your wheel bearing is gone. Jack up that side and put you hands on the top and bottom of tire then shake it. if the tire moves alot you need to replace the wheel bearing.
