Yes, i would check the fuse marked "tail lights" nine times out of ten, if you have no dash lights you won't have tail lights nether....

dash not lighting up is USUALLy an indication of rear tail lights being out, generally brake lights, but not always. Check all lights and replace any burnt out... check gauges then.

All the lights work, but when turning on the night lights, the dashboard goes out and none of the lights turn on, but they all work, and the fuse gets blown every time

the fuse gets blown out because of a short-circuit, you would need to check the night light and dashboard wiring. You will need car manuals for your car or you need to get a Haynes' Manual which has detailed circuit diagrams and ways to help you fix this problem.

No dashboard/odometer lights and no rear lights

just go to the fuse box in the engine compartment and look for the (red 1Oamp) tail light fuse... it might be broken just replace and that should solve your problem.

The dashboard light does not come on at night

check your dimmer knob, it should be on your left hand side on your dash board, turn on your lights then turn it, if that does not solve the problem check your fuses
