Where is the transmission fluid drain plug on 1993 ford tempo

look on your transmission oil pan if their is not a plug on the pan itself then what your gonna have to do is just take the pan off which means you need to go to your local automotive store and get a new pan seal and while your at it should get a new filter and replace it while you have the pan off.

I need to find the oil drain plug on a 92 ford explorer eddie bauer.

Hello, it on the side or bottom of the oil pan. The oil pan is the bottom end of the engine. This is were the oil is stored and were the oil pick up the oil for lubrication of the engine. It is a 5/8" plug with a copper or fiber washer. If you are changing the oil make sure that drain plug has it copper or fiber was on it. If not, the plug will leak little droplets. GB...stewbison

I need to find the oil pan plug on a 97 ford explorer xlt 5.0 L V8. The oil filter too

First off what do you mean you need replacement parts or you need to locate them on the vehicle? If your talking about locating them on the vehicle that is the most straight forward easy thing to do. the oil pan plug is located on the rear bottom of the oil pan. The oil filter is easy to spot as well just by doing a visual inspection.
Here is a link to help you find the oil drain plug.

most transmissions don't have drain plugs any more. Have to drop oil pan to drain fluid.
Some don't have dip sticks either.
