Go to a chrysler dealer's parts desk. ask them to show you an illustrated parts breakdown of your bumper. then you will see what parts you are missing and have the part numbers, prices, and know how much time it would take to fix it. they will generally print you a page off for free.

Front bumper guard pulled loose on curb. Missing plastic push pins. One corner cracked slightly. Looks like it can be snapped back into place. Any suggestions?

New push pins and drill a couple hole on both sides of crack to install zip ties this will hold or you need to replace the cracked piece (bumper cover etc)

2004 Sebring.... cold weather...can't get it to turn over and start! Has been in for an oil change a week ago...

My girlfriend just had the same problem. You have to replace the battery. Its located in front the left front tire behind the front bumper. It took about 3 hours to do and is quite labor intensive. You remove the left front tire then remove the screws and rivets attached to the splash guard. Then remove the battery holder and from there switch out the battery...good luck!
