2007 peugeot 207 fuse box buzzing sound

Electricity buzzes when it hits high resistance. If it is making things turn on, there is most likley a short, or a bad relay causing a short. Look for damaged or tampered with wiring. Hope rats didn't chew through something....it happens.

Won't turn over... just makes a clicking sound... and a wierd humming sound.

Try cleaning your terminals at the battery, even if not corroded. In my years as an alarm/radio installer I have come across this problem constantly, especially on GM vehicles.

95 Jetta won't start weird buzzing sound near fuses

Jettas were notorious for electrical issues. I fought with one for 2 years.
The starter relay is on top of the starter in the center rear of the engine compartment near the firewall. Its mounted at the top of the bell housing, underneath the intake and next to the exhaust manifold and hard to get at from both the top and bottom. Personally, I'd take it to a good respectable foreign mechanic. Not worth fighting with

My daughter has a 1992 Eagle Summit. Today a buzzing alarm has gone off in her glove box at least 3 different occasions. It last about a second and repeats 3 times and stops. The car sputtered the first...

The buzzing sound under the could could come from an electrical component, particularly relays. There may be exposed wires or poor grounding which may have caused the relays to trigger and your car to work unusually. The relays normally found under the hood are the EFI relay. It could also be the idle compensator for the aircon that may have caused the sound which is still related to the electrical component of the car.
