Engine turns, has spark but does not start, Possible problem with the fuel pump ?

Hello. Welcome to FixYa.
The most common cause of the issue that you speak of is corrosion at the power wire, that feeds the fuel pump, on top of the fuel tank. The corrosion results in the power wire no longer delivering power to the pump. This is a very common occurance on the 89 thru 94 trucks.
You will need to remove the fuel tank to inspect the power wires, whcih are located on a removable unit. A replacement unit is easily obtained at you Toyota dealer's parts department.
Thanks for choosing FixYa for assistance today.

Clogged fuel line... maybe fuel filter clogged. Air compressor can clear line. Blow out the line coming in to the carb from the tank.
