Question about 2003 Ford Focus
Try turning the steering while at the same time turning the key, also try spraying some wd40 into the keyhole and try the same.
if this does not work, usually you have to drill out the dead lock but then afterwards you will need a new steering lock if you want it in the future. this has been dont this way to stop theves deactivating the lock.
