This next step would be to remove the outlet and check if there is voltage to the back connectors.
it maybe that the socket itself is damaged.

if there is not voltage it maybe a problem with your cable system.

also ensure that the power outlet does not need the key to be in the ignition or the igition to be on
this is the case in some models.

i hope this was helpful

Which is the fuse for the front wiper on 2010 Jeep Patriot?

I'll assume all else works perfect ,drives great, etc, headlights not dim running and all that? blower on high, defrost on,? etc.
fuses that are good read 12vdc both sides keyon
there is no Supposedly,it's good or bad fuses. (by direct tests)

ok, why assume there is a fuse?
in 2007 jeep uses a total new design for 12vdc power distribution
if you log in to you;d have seen that.
or any Jeep real FSM book covering your car. its all there.
I have the 7000 page book on my Jeep, (extensive coverage)

TIPM 101) "its not your fathers Oldsmobile, lol"
the new system is called,TIPM,
see that huge power box 12vdc fuses and relays made like
hopeless sized sandwich, BINGO.
(or how much junk can we stuff in a box, answer Tons)

the box is a computer. (Allen Turning to be proud)
the PCM and BCM talks to it and it does all that magic.
via can-bus serial (2wire) communication, or NETWORK.
you flip the switch and comms happen or not.
the BCM tells TIPM to turn on something,,,,,

so we SCAN it first !!!, see if there are comm errors
or see if the system sees power loss any where?.

this is the correct way. (no scan tool, you LOOSE !)
there is no power to the motor ?as you said? or the motor would not turn.
why not say how you tested power, with a voltmeter,?
or guessing?

ok there is a fuse, but is common to a vast array of functions.
there is no wiper fuse. now.

open operators guide in glove box.(page 433 +)
see the TIPM, there are no words, wiper there. (cept rear wiper)
see the 2009, i have no 2010 yet
below photo; yes this form sux for photos, ask for full size can do.
but jeep has the opr.guides online for 10 years. so.... get one?

the box has one large fuse for many functions
then a relay or transistor that runs things, by command.
getting schematics on all TIPM is hard,(i have it on my 08)
some with relays are removable and others not.

my08 has soldered in relays for wipers
deep inside,

you didnt scan the PCM so missed all this errors
i use (home only) the innova 3160, it sees ALL JEEP DTCs
including all advanced Jeep DTC codes.

ok my motor Front wiper
has 5 pins, all 5 go to the TIPM wiper brain logic.
there is no fuse. for front wiper motor at all
it uses the main power feed that runs the whole TIPM !
the TIPM is hot all times to BATT 0 fuse bank
there are other current limiting devices on the TIPM not documented.
BATT A0 is a direct battery connection
this allows the TIPM to work key in pockets
eg: i can turn on head lights and TIPM see me do that and does do it. and no headlight fuses, either, which does not mean
there is none !, just no user fuses in box, there must be electronic
current limiting on the main board, (not documented at all)

that is my total knowledge on TIPM.
i have a folder for my car , that has facts learned the hard way
on this undocumented black box.
as the least jeep should make a 1 page, TIPM , block diagram.
(maybe I will )
good luck with no scan tool, that be and impossible job.

2006 jeep commander hvac blower does not work

you dont know how to check fuses?
is that the question
why 1: look at em' if they look blown they are, some that look ok are i fact not ok.
way2: use a voltmeter, key on, both sides 12v, if not, its bad. if one side is 12v and other side not. this is 100% accurate test.

or RTM

nice double ANON post.

Could be the blower motor, switch, resistor, or fuse.
Check for voltage at the blower motor after checking the fuse.

2006 jeep commander radio went blank and key fob lock no longer works

Not sure, like always check the fuses If it's blank and non responsive check for power to the power wire at the back of the unit. Might have to replace, just not to sure on this one. If you do some testing and comment back we can try to come up with steps for you to take.

2006 jeep commander blower will not blow at all how to test or fix problem

First check all of your fuses under hood and under dash! If they are all good you need to get a new blower motor, you can get one at your local autozone, orileys, etc. not that hard to change out. should fix you right up!

Which fuse is allocated to the cigarette lighter? I initially thought it was the PDC Coils fuse, number 11, but when I switched that with a definitely working fuse, there was no change. Currently, I...

cigarette lighter is fuse #5
however, if that is ok then check the lighter/accessory relay

as for your power outlet...
I've searched a few different models and
cannot find that information

the power outlet might be a dealer add-on or aftermarket at which point power supply could be coming from anywhere
