are you referring to the drain plug? if so, it is located on the passenger side bottom facing the front bumper. see attached diagram under radiator removal. http://www.kia-forums.com/attachments/kia-carnival-sedona/9678d1319024147-removing-radiator-kia-sedona-2005-remove-radiator.jpg

How bleed a cooling system of a 2005 kia sedona

They got a special funnel that will seal where the radiator cap is at. which looks like this. http://www.amazon.com/Lisle-24610-Spill-Free-Funnel/dp/B001A4EAV0 You can get it on ebay for $25 too.

Fill it up half way and leave it open to the system. Run the car until all the bubbles bleed out. Then plug the funnel and remove it and install your radiator cap. If you do not have heat still you got a clogged heater core. Which you need to replace or blow out the heater core to unclog it.

Should I fill up the antifreeze when there is none in the container, but there is some in the radiator in a Kia Sedona

Yes but not full, the container should be about half full if the engine has been running and the radiator is hot. Only a little in the bottom of the container when engine and radiator are cold.

How do I get the front heater to produce warm, hot heat from the blower? for 2003 kia sedona

First I would check your radiator fluid level, sometimes being low can have this effect. Usually the rear heaters sit at a lower level and so keep working. If that is fine, then you probably have an issue with the diversion door or controller that controls the hot/cold mixture.

Try a new radiator cap..cheaper than a new radiator! Get one from the scrap yard guy first

What must be done to remove an alternator from a 2004 Kia Sedona? Does radiator have to be removed?

Yes, you'll need to remove the radiator. There are three bolts holding it on. 1 plug and 1 wire to a terminal with a 13 mm nut on it. It's a bear to get off. The only other way would involve removing the A/C compressor and removing the alternator from the bottom. I'm replacing a motor in a 2003 Sedona and it's tough!!!!

Kia Sedona overheating. New radiator/compressor. Now what??

Hi,
To start with you have to do this:
With the engine cold, start the car and say after 30 to 40 secs. open the radiator cap.
Carefully and slowly, cause if the problem is either in the cylinder block or cylinder head this shows immediately as water would be compressed in the radiator ( even though the motor is still cold ).
If nothing happens and you would not notice any bubbles in the radiator, then we have to talk again.
