The noise could be several things depending on where th noise is coming from, it could be low on fluid, the belt could be out of adjustment and making noise or a ball joint/ tie rod could need greased. As far as the rear window not rolling up you will need to check power and ground to the rear window motor, the power and ground will alternate depending on if the switch is moved to the up or down position. if the motor runs the regulator could need replaced.

Sounds like a power steering issue. Try checking your power steering fluid level, also if low, look for leaks. usually the high pressure hoses develop cracks and fatiuge, thus leaking out all the fluid, usually resulting in power steering pump faliure.

Check the fluid level in your power steering pump reservoir. Also your belt could be loose or worn out and need replacing. Both of these would cause the whining sound under load (turning the wheel). The rear windows not going up is going to either be a bad window motor, bad regulator, dead switch or window having fallen out of the track. you will need to pull the door panel off of the door and check the damage, but it should be fairly easy to fix.

My Dodge Grand Caravan is making a humming noise as you accelerate, while turning left it stops but gets worse while turning right. I replaced the left front wheel hub and no improvement, I need help

if hub bearing replacement did not fix the noise

when noises are on left and right turns
that has CV joints /drive shafts
would say they are the issue
replace both sides

and replace the left hand hub bearing at the same time

Noises from axles can be really deceiving. The sound is transfered throuh the transaxle and can resonate through the entire vehicle. The turning to the left thing makes it sound like a problem in the right wheel/axle area. Wheel bearings and axles tend to make worse noise when they are on the OUTSIDE of the turn. More of the vehicle weight is shifted to the outside due to centrifugal force. Thus, if the noise is louder when turning left, this puts the right axle to the outside of the turn and the most likely to be the source of the noise. (and vise-versa) The fact that the noise calms down while cruising makes me believe that it is not a wheel bearing. Wheel bearings can make more noise in turns, however, they usually make a "roaring" or loud "humming" noise that gets louder with speed. An axle is more likely to change or get louder according to engine load more than rotational speed. (Way worse while accelerating or climbing a hill) I would be taking a hard look at the right axle.

It ain't a viper , but it has quite a good amount of power.
Pulls a intrepid good if you step on it.
Have been told that the 3.5 is a bit sketchy , may throw a rod out the side of the block more often than the 3.3
