Replace turn signal switch and arm ...or just the arm if you can... probably going to have to buy the whole signal switch

Bright light is always on. stick directional problem.

The diagram shows the flash to pass switch is separate from the headlight switch. Is this true? When I look up the part, the headlight switch is on the wand. If yours is on the wand, you would have to take the switch out and cut the red/yellow wire between the two parts of the switch. If you're going to do that, you might as well buy a new switch.

Galant won't turn over when trying to start. No spark from plugs. Changed crank sensor and timing belt and still won't start. Any suggestions

you now need to check for 12 volt power, and signal to the coil, also be sure all you timing marks are correct, if you have no spark, unplug one of the injectors and using an led test light check for injector pulse power across the two terninals while cranking, if you have no injector pulse then you could have a problem with the ignition passlock system, or key decoder

2002 Mits galant-Will a dash light come on when I an low on fuel. Where is the light. How much further can I go. Thanks

If your gauge is working properly yes the light will come on. The light is close to the gauge, usually bright yellow or you will get a "check gauges" light that comes on. They come on around an eighth of a tank. If you have a 13 gallon tank that will leave you around 1.5 gallons. At 25 miles to a gallon you have approx, 37 miles left.

Lights will not turn off, brights blue lite on all the time, lites will dim but bright lite stays on, must disconnect bat when car not in use

Your turn signal/headlight multifunction switch has failed.

To replace it, remove the four screws from the bottom of the steering column cover, split the cover apart.
Unplug the one connector out of the bottom of the headlight switch, then depress the two levers, on top and bottom of the switch housing, and slide the switch out.
Install in reverse order.
