Can you blow out the drain line on a sunroof drain that is clogged

Yep. Often just compressed air will do the trick, but start with low pressure to avoid damaging a hose.

Sunroof leaks, need a diagram or picture of where the drain lines are located

The sunroof drains should be located in the rear corners of the sunroof assembly. They may be clogged.

Lr3 05 remote control for sunroof no longer works. Only After drive through car wash do i see water drops on the carpet on front passenger side only. dealer fixed 2009 states water drain plug issue. Washed...

Yes it seems that a drain is blocked or a seal is leaking. A possible DIY fix is to get under the vehicle with an air line, find the 4 tubes for the drains that exit next to the pillars and blow them clear.
Fixing defective seals is much more work and it will probably be best to get it done by a sunroof specialist - NOT a Land Rover dealer. The cost may be nasty but better than either living with the leak OR spending hours on it if you do not know precisely whet you are doing
