P1550 is code ECM-510F, vehicle speed signal. It could be a signal too high, too low or lost all together. A Volvo scanner would give you best results as to what it really is

P1550 "manufacturer controlled speed metering"
Basically the code means the ABS module either lost communication or there is a fault in either front WSS's.
You need to get a scantool to access the ABS to really diagnose it.
