Question about 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix
It is right on top of the front center of the engine. (Right side of car) It has a cap on top that is marked "POWER STEERING"
If you look in the owner's Manual on page 6-10 there is a picture of the engine compartment with arrows to show you where it is. It is marked by arrow "E".

Its actually located directly below the power steering resevoir. The resevoir cap will say POWER STEERING on it in orange letters to the right side of the motor directly on top next to the top of the motor where it says 3100 on motor.
