Question about 2000 Saturn L-Series
It could be the water from the evaporator (part of the AC inside the car). It may be a dirty drain or the the hose may have been moved out of place. You would need to inspect the underneath of the dash and trace the water to be sure. Check also the the wall between the cabin and the engine bay for opening which water may enter such as the drain below the windshield.
