If you can hear the little pump motor run when in wash mode, you need to put fluid in the tank, (i make my own with water, a little vinegar, 3 0r 4 drops of soap) if you live in a frigid climate use the store bought kind that will not freeze , (possible that it has already froze and cracked the tank, so when you put fluid in it just leaks out immediately)if it is the rear washer ,ive seen the refill tank in the back, raise hatch look on door jambs ( probably on left side).......... if full of fluid and still does not work , check the fuse for washer, might be more than one item on that same circuit , owners manual should have fuses labeled, cover on fuse box too. if still not working , the small pump motor probably needs replacing , they are not very expensive, they are subject to get water in them and rust (freeze )up or maybe a long period of non use . before you replace motor , try bumping or tapping on the pump motor (usually located on the bottom of fluid tank) with a handle of a screwdriver while someone else has the washer on, make sure key is on for this, to see if you can get it to run .. if it runs you know you got power, if motor is rusty it might quit again and still need replacement , if it runs use it often to keep it going (in fact try this before the fuse check)
HOOK TEST LIGHT TO WASHER PUMP MOTOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FIRST DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL AT WASHER PUMP MOTOR.NEED A HELP TO WORK WIPER WASHER SWITCH.IF TEST LIGHT LIGHT UP WIPER WASHER MOTOR FAULTY.IF TEST LIGHT DONT WORK.YOU HAVE FAULTY WIPER WASHER SWITCH OR FAULT IN THE WASHER WIPER POWER MODULE IF WIPER MOTOR NOT WORKING YOU HAVE A BLOWED 30 AMP FUSE OR BAD WIPER MOTOR RELAY.
