PO 430 --Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank)

Most likely a worn out exhaust converter

They should last 12 years or more,so you got or
have had, years of problems your unaware of that
ruined it.

You need to find out why & correct those issues,
then replace both converters.

These type of things happen, because people just
drive a vehicle until problems arise.

No testing or checking for proper operation throughout
the year & no preventative maintenance

You need to input the radio security code because the battery was disconnected. If you don't have it see the Ford dealer (about $100.00 charge) or go here www.radio-code.com

I have a 2005 mercury mountaineer the wrench light and service engine light comes on and moves very slow only in reverse witch causes the overdrive to light up as well what is wrong

Hello Veronica

The 'wrench light' is actually and 'engine malfunction light'. Something has failed, probably a sensor, and your vehicle is in 'limp mode'. Supposed to be just enough to get you to a garage. They will put it onto a Code Reader and then that tells you were the fault is and what needs replacing.

The error codes can be found here

Where is fuel rail pressure sensor high input located on a mercury mountaineer

If you are talking about a trouble code for the pressure sensor, the sensor may be telling the computer the fuel pressure is too high. The sensor is mounted in the fuel rail on the engine.

Not in the vehicle

It may be avail from the dealers parts dept,

Purchased 2006 mercury mountaineer i do not have factory keypad code

You should be able to drive the truck to the dealer and have them give you the code, provided it was not changed by the previous owner.
Usually the code is in the owner's manual.

Just bought 02 mercury mountaineer need door code

Stop by a dealer. Give them your Vin# and they should give you the factory code.
Then stroll into the service bay, like you own the place, get a tech off on the side, to write down, how you progam your own code, into the keyless entry pad
