Question about Lincoln LS
You must have a fuse box under the hood you will find a master positive cable hook up your jumper to that cable and let it back feed your ground can be hooked up to the motor any ware let it charge for 20 min or so
the only other place is the starter all starters have a positive wire on them you cant miss it
its the biggest cable on the starter

you can but is tricky depending on how easy the starter is to get at.
take your ground cable and hook it to the frame somewhere it will make good contact and touch the possitive cable to the big wire on the starter keep in mind that it will turn over as soon as you touch the big wire on the stater,so turn your ignition key to run and make sure it is in neutral if it's a standard

Tips for a great answer:
There are no jump points under the hood for this car. You will need to access the battery, which is in the trunk, under the carpet right next to the spare tire
