Question about 2003 Lincoln Navigator
Front passanger side height rod may be disconected. Behind the wheel small rod that snaps onto the reader...snap it back on

You can not use it like that
Replace the air ride suspension with conventional
shocks/struts (Strut Master or similar parts)
The Navigator system is not worth working on, from the time
it was built
EVERYONE has problems & BIG repair bills & NO success
repairing that system
Next time buy the Ford Version
