You question was not very specific, but filling problems, as I interpret your question, are normally associated with one of two problems. There may have been something dropped into the filler pipe and is lying on the strainer in the filler pipe or there is a problem with the vent system and air is not able to vent to allow fuel to fill the tank at the rate the pump is putting it in. In either case, further investigation is required to settle on a fix.

Diagnose gas tank fill problem

The vent in the filler neck is more than likely sticking. That is if you are having trouble filling the tank up, or if it fills too slow. Also is there a check engine light on? Try and describe the problem when filling tank. ie: tank fills slowly, cannot fill tank, gas splashes back when filling.

Cannot fill gas tank

Lots of newer cars with this problem, it seems.
Check with the dealer if they know of any fixes or similar problems. A shop foreman or good parts person may be aware of this problem.
Good luck.

Tank is empty and itried filling putting gas in

If there's no blockage in your fill tube then your tank is pressurizing while you are filling it. You have a problem with the tank vent system. Have your vehicle scanned for codes also a professional scanner can tell the technician if there is a vent valve stuck closed in the fuel tank vent system. Good luck.

Can't fill the tank

There is a breather tube fitted to the tank which allows air to escape when you fill it with fuel.

That is either blocked or compressed.

When you take the filler cap off is there a gust of air in or out of the tank
