Question about 1999 Chevrolet Lumina
Check for fuel pressure a bad fuel pump,blown pressure regulator, or relay switch will all cause this the pressure regulator is diaphragm type if the diaphragm tears it will just cycle fuel through the return line. Lack of fuel from the pump or relay will cause the ecu to shutdown ignition coils giving u no spark
