Replace your brake light switch it by the brake pedal easy to change and cheap its very simple to change honestly if you buy it from autozone they will most likely put it in for you at no charge.

That's your problem as long as you checked your fuses and there all good

please 4 thumbs feedback please thanks

Check for blown fuse, if the fuse is blown check the trailer wiring at the back for any bare wires.

The brake lights dont work on my caravan but the tail lights and blinkers do

Sounds like the brake/stop light switch. Especially since all the other lights work fine. Not sure where it is on an older caravan but probably under the dash somewhere where the brake pedal shaft goes through the firewall. Let us know how it works out for you.

Replace the brake light switch sounds like its faulty.Usally if the brake lights stay on its because of a faulty brake light switch.

When parked and turned off on 1987 Nova, Brake lights remain on. Any suggestions? Thank you!

brake light switch (just above the brake petal) is stuck in the closed position-get down low enough to look up just above the petal, on the petal shaft the switch is connected-it can be sprayed with a lubricant to soosen it, or it may just be hung up
