Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Relieve the fuel pressure.
raise the vehicle and support safely
Drain the tank
Remove the screws that hold the filler neck to the quarter panel
Disconnect the wiring and hoses from the tank
Place a jack under the center of the tank and apply slight pressure and remobve the tanks straps.
Lower the tank and remove the filler tube from the tank.
Disconnect the vapor separator rollover valve hose and remove the fuel tank from the vehicle.
Using a hammer and a brass drift, tap the lock ring counterclockwise to release the pump.
Remove the pump from the tank with the O-ring. Discard the O-ring, pump inlet filter and inlet seal...

Where is the fuel pump relay on a 1989 plymouth reliant

Relays are usually found in the engine compartment near the battery. You should find a small (square or rectangular) black box (usually black). Take off the cover and reveal the relays - the inside of the cover should indicate which relay is which - here you'll find the fuel pump relay location.

89 reliant plymouth car stall out

You're right; It sounds like fuel delivery, but start with the simplest suspects first.
Change the fuel filter(s) first, and if this doesn't get it, go for the fuel pump.

Im trying to find out what the proper tire rod part is for a 1987 plymouth reliant for the front right wheel

The local parts store should be able to look up the proper tie rod for you. You will need to determine if it is the outer or inner, or both by checking for slack or excessive movement.

It might be your fuel injectors clogged maybe.

Yeah, The fuel filter for a 2.2L plymouth reliant Le is on the passenger side just before the rear tire. Its like right next to the gas tank. Sort of in by the middle (not by the body frame). Hope this helps.
