There are 2 hoses going into your firewall on the passenger side of your engine compartment. These go to the heater. Undo the clamps and pull them off and use a 90 degree plastic elbow from the hardware store to join them together. You may have to double clamp them if they leak but this will do it. I believe you need a 1/2 inch elbow but I'm not positive, maybe pick up a 3/4 while you are there to be safe. Hope this helps.

Sounds like you may have an axle shaft starting to go out, check the boot and see if it is leaking grease. may have a hole in boot from doing brakes.

On my 1994 Cadillac Sedan de Ville, the heater blows cool air but not warm air; however, the defogger does blow hot air.

Sounds like the doors on the heater exchange are not working or are partially blocked.

Not in owner's manual

Bring it to the Cadillac dealer and prepare for a huge bill. There is something wrong with the suspension system, and they are the only ones who can work on it.

WHY DOES SERVICE RIDE SELECT LIGHT ON IN MY 1994 CADILLAC DE VILLE

one of the stuts / shocks have gone bad and need to be replaced. I am getting this done as I type this.

Electronic stuts are 600-1500 dollars and passive stuts are 300-600 dollars. Also if using passive struts / shock you need a relay/connector to bypass the computer command ride control. The can be made for a few dollars or bought on the net for $85.

1992 Cadillac deville heater bypass

the easiest way to by-pass the heater core is to take off both hoses at the fire wall and use a piece of hard tubing to insert in both hoses and use hose clamps it's quick and easy and should get you by. make sure you top off the coolant and do this with engine cold.
