It started when i hit the brakes and it pulled hard right. I got in driveway and would not go into park or any gear for that matter. It makes a loud ticking and grinding noise when you push accelerator. Im thinking CV Joint or something. Please Help.

You may want to check the suspension components since you said it pulled hard to the right. A bolt may have been loose or something. Good luck

My 2004 18 cc totota wish is hard to pull gear lever out of park even with park brake on worst on cold start

Do you usually park on a hill? If so the park brake is not holding the vehicle, it is creeping away and putting pressure on the transmission parking pawl, which makes it hard to disengage.

Car dies when going over really bumpy roads

If the brake pedal goes hard right BEFORE the car dies, and not after, then you could have a problem INSIDE the brake power booster. try to verify this next time it dies at a stop, if you can safely pull the dead car off the road into a driveway (or try to make it stall in a bumpy parking lot) - then before you try to restart the car, open the hood, pull off the rubber hose where it's plugged into the brake power booster --> you SHOULD hear a big "Swoosh" of air being sucked into the booster because there's supposed to be a strong vacuum there even after the car stops running. if you get nothing there, your car is dying of an excessive vacuum leak through the brake booster.= bad booster.

is the problem you have a auto transmission and you can not pull it out of park? if so have some one push the car up the hill as you are pulling the trans out of park.if that is it be sure to apply the parking brake then put the car into park this will keep the trans from binding. then be sure to put the car into gear before you let the parking brake go.if it is a manuel trans please let us know

1998 Honda Accord. Loud clunk when shifting from Park to Reverse. Noticeable when on a slope "driveway" and fairly quiet when the car is level. Does not slip gears and changes fast. The tranny is going is...

This is kind of normal. All of the weight of the car is resting on the parking lock. when parking on a slope first engage the parking brake then put car in park. This will take the load off of the parking lock in the tranny. when leaving put car in gear first then release the parking brake. I hope this helps.

your problem lies in the internal parts of your transmission which are the clutch linings, they are already worn out and starts to slide.
