Right, now we're getting some where. the fuel fielter has a vacume control valve built in and it will ristrict the fuel flow. check when the fielter was last changed and was it aftermarket fielter cause they are really bad. I'm saying this cause it has happen to me few times.

It could be that the fuel pump is going bad. It could be also that your fuel filter is clogging up or going bad or going bad.

6.8 V10 hard to start and backfires once I got it to start fuel pressure was 87psi at idle no codes im suspecting fuel pressure regulator?? Any ideas?

If its the fuel system it should not backfire. It could be out of time synchronous (ignition - crank sensor - belt). becareful!!! you could hurt it if you try to start it to many times.

No start on 93 olds bravada without starter fluid , i did a fuel pressure test idle was good but when i switched ignition off the presure went straight to 10 psi from about 60 psi , i suspect a bad c

Internal pressure regulator on the fuel pump should hold for about a minute but some pressure loss is normal. However, on initial start-up, the pressure must be at operating pressure or the system wont work. I suspect the fuel pump is failing, it is an all too common problem for GM trucks and SUVs with mpfi fuel injection.
IACs do not go out very often, usually there is a problem with vacuum leaks, dirty throttle assemblies.

No Injector Pulse

run fault codes as there is a problem sensor in the system. volts at the injector is suspect as the voltage will vary with the fuel requirement.
