Dear,

your car has got the radiator jammed due to rusting or unwanted ingrediants,

You need to get the radiator and hose pipes flushed out with the cleaning agent for the problem to get solved.

thanx

I picked up a heavy water problem on vehicle this engine has done 293000 km please advice or can i just redo the top and service the radiator will that solve my problem

replacing the radiator with a new unit is one fix and if the water is coming out at the thermostat housing area area replace the housing as it probably is badly corroded inside
it is essential in cars with aluminium heads and other components that the anti boil anti freeze be maintained at that ration of 50/50
that stops corrosion as well as stabilizers the coolant temperature parameters

Sounds like a cracked head or bad head gasket. Have it checked by a mechanic.

2008 corsa utility overheating & water is boiling & pushing out through the water bottle

I see two possible causes.
1) Something is blocking air from cooling the radiator. Is there any debris like leaves blocking the radiator?
2) Something is preventing coolant from flowing through the engine. Could be a water pump failure.
Make sure your engine old level is within proper range.
