The transmission acts like the Snow mode was selected, when in reality you are in plain Drive mode. This is caused either by a wrong sensor switch or the connection with the valve block and its solenoids is faulty.
To do a proper diagnosis the car will have to be connected to a GM Tech2 unit that will test the PCM and all its sensors and solenoid commands thoroughly. You must visit a good repair shop for that.
Welcome to Fixya
Most of the problems with manual transmissions are in either the clutch, clutch linkage or the shift linkage so try and look at them first. Both could cause your problem. Fixing the clutch linkage might require removing the transmission to get at the throw out bearing and associated parts.
Fixing the clutch will require removing the transmission. And once you get the transmission out of the car a mechanic should be able to tell where the problem is. It would be best also if you run a scan tool and see if it will give you error code. Provide mo the code so that we can work this things out.
