Drove about four miles saw smoking from engine

You really need to open the hood and see where the smoke is coming from. Is it overheating? Is it on fire? Is there oil seeping onto a manifold and smoking??? Arm yourself with a halfway decent manual, learn what the parts are and if you still have a problem bring it to a reputable shop. Smoke could be very minor or you could be ready to loose the engine.
No one can give you an even close to accurate diagnosis without far better info than you have supplied.

2000 ferrarri 456 gt m-engine code was in history of maf airflow meter left side -ferrari dealer hasswitched from left to right and still has problem. Check engine lite only came on once since driving...

According to what you explain, there is some maf sensor defective or disconnected, the ferrari engine has high compression and forces the fuel to mix with the engine oil, this produces loss of oil pressure.
Check if the oil smells of fuel, check the sensor connections, also check the engine controller

My van was sitting for a week while i went on vacation when i came home i drove it to get two new tires on the back drove it on the highway for about four miles and parked it went out about three hours...

If you had white smoke then you have a blown head gasket. Even though it hasnt yet mixed with the oil you are still having the white smoke. Is there any water left in the radiator or reservoir?

My truck blows white smoke

Hello!
There are two differnt reasons for black and white smoke coming from the tail pipe.
Black smoke means fuel runs rich (car getting to much gas). Check fuel pressure/air filter.
In some cases the white smoke means car is burning oil or transmittion fluid. Have tem checked/replaced.
If you can feel a smelly smoke it can be catalytic converter.
In a worsest scenario if car blowing white smoke it can be engine coolant is getting into an engine cylinder from a bad head gasket ,or a warped/cracked head. So you need to keep your eye on coolant level and check your engine for overheat. Also might be good to check your oil for traces of coolant (on a dipstick it would be a milky substance mixture of oil and coolant).
Good Luck

White smoke?

It's just condensation. Water will also drip from the pipe.

The colder it is, the worse the 'smoke' will be. I was in Vernal, Utah earlier this week, drove through -18*F weather, my truck never quit blowing white smoke.

And NO IT IS NOT YOUR HEADGASKET
