When you pulled your codes you must have had a P0302 and a P0307 these are pin point codes for cylinder missfire. Because you didn't have any injector codes i would procede with checking the ignition system remove the spark plugs from #2 cylinder and #7 cylinder . #2 cylinder is the very front cylinder on the passenger side of the engine , #7 is on the drivers side all the way back . If the plugs are fine reinstall hook plug wires back up , start truck and take an old windex bottle, fill it up with water and lightly spray the plug wires with the water and start listening for a skip if it starts skipping replace your plug wires you may also have a coil starting to fail so beaware that the wires may not be the only problem . Shorting plug wires can draw excessive amprage and cause a coil to weeken or even fail.

My 02 cadillac DTS was working fine and today I tried to start it but it only cranked but it didn't start. Everything works fine, fuel pump fine, could it be the coils?

could be the coils but could be a number of things , i'd get the OBD codes read , this will give a number that relates to a sensor/switch that could be causing the problem , keep me posted if you wish

My 1998 Deville lost all power to the A/C and Heater

Could be a fuse or the ac control module. I would check the fuse first.

TEMP GUAGE JUST QUIT WORKING. COOLANT LEVEL IS FINE, HOSES ARE FINE. EVERYTHING IS COOL TO THE TOUCH. TEMP GUAGE READS BELOW COLD, YET ELECTRIC COOLING FAN COME ON WHEN ENGINE IS SHUT DOWN.

your gage has just gone out and needs to be replace. the computer control the fan. so as long as the temp sensor is connected to the engine it will work fine but you will not know the temp of your vehicle.

Overheating

Is the car actually overheating? or is the gauge reading hot, but the coolant is fine and not bubbling over. Why? because my gauge kept reading hot, then I checked everything and all was fine. But the gauge continued to read hot. Then I replaced the resistor in at the bottom of the dual fan assembly ($50 part - installed myself), that that would solve it... nope! still read hot at various times... finally just gave the dashboard a good bop and the needle went back to the correct position. Try it.

Silhouette will not start, but battery put out 12+ volts

You better have the alterntor checked, you said the battery was putting out 12v. was that with the car running or off? If it was running, it should have pushing between 14 and 15 volts, if it wasn't with it running, replace alternator.

1999 ford windstar check engine light

had the same problem with my 1999 Windstar. The part's store told me that it's on the same fuse as the ignition switch. So I ruled out a fuse issue because everything else on my ignition was working just fine. They suggested I run a new hot wire to the connector. That didn't sound right to me. A couple of weeks later my alternator went. After I replaced it, the OBD II now reads just fine.
