The connector is usually on the drivers inside rear interior panel by the rear door behind the interior cover.you will probably have to remove the panel of at least loosen it to get to the wires.

Have no power for running lights at trailer plug

The T PARK fuse in the rear fuse-relay block supplies battery positive voltage to a separate park lamp circuit connected to the trailer wiring harness..
For trailer wiring, separate turn signal circuits are connected through the GMSF to the trailer wiring harness.

Lost all elec.power to trailer plug on jeep

The trailer connection is usually fed off the wiring from the brake and tail lights If those work, my guess is the wire that goes to ground is open. try following the harness back toward the tail and brake lights looking for broken or corroded connections. If you have a meter or 12v test light try connecting the one end to a good ground if using a meter it should be the black or negative lead. Turn on the running lights and one turn signal while probing the plug if you get voltage or the light to light you have an open ground. Locate and repair the connection.

Brake Light wont go out

The brake lights stay on even when the vehicle has been restored to the "before" condition?!? Now that's strange. I'm assuming the brake lights worked properly before you did anything with the trailer hookup. Is that correct? Do the brake lights work OK when a trailer is hooked up to the trailer lighting harness? Regardless, if the brake lights stay on all the time, there is a continuous 12V to the bulbs to ground. You have a wiring short somewhere in the vehicle. Have you checked the wiring for bare spots (caused by rubbing) or cuts in the wires.

Since the brake lights won't turn off, you have created a continuous path of 12V through the bulbs to ground, regardless of the brake switch operation. If you did not use the plug in type of wiring harness to attach the "trailer plug", then I would systematically undo each wire that you attached to and see what fixes the problem. I assume you know that the Blazer has a trailer connection plug-in location tucked up under the rear bumper. You simply unplug the mating harnesses, plug in the trailer wiring connector, plug in the disconnected harnesses and wha-la you should be good to go.

Hope helps.

Trailer harness

You buy a plug-in trailer wiring harness for this vehicle. I bought mine at NAPA. The vehicle harness plug is in the wiring stuffed behind that LR access panel wherin the car jack sits. You may have to actually remove the LR tail light assembly to discover the plug, but it's there. The wiring harness is a bit pricey, more than the usual DIY harness, but it makes for a very clean, flawless, and effortless connection.

2003 duramax 2500hd brake lights stay on when lights are on

You may have faulty wiring for your trailer lights. Look under the back of the truck where the wiring harness leads to the trailer wiring harness. Usualy it is a 3 way plug in the harness. Try unpluging the harness from the trailer wiring and just plug the other 2 wires into eachother
Hope this works for you!
