Look straight down by the oil filter in the front. It is next to the oil filter. There are two alum pipes coming directly off the compressor.

Where is the battery located in a 2011 Acadia?

The Acadia's battery is beneath the floor behind the front passenger seat.
Slide that seat all the way forward, then open the rear passenger door. If you've got a floor mat directly behind the front seats, it will have to be moved aside. There is a panel on the floor with one screw holding it closed. Remove this panel to access the battery compartment.

Lumber support won't inflate..

It does not inflate. It uses an electric motor that pulls a spring together. You need to remove the seat back and check it for power and ground signal but it is most likely broken and needs replaced
