SOURCE: 4 codes P0171,P0174,P2195,P2197
Sound like this is definitly a M.A.F (mass airflow) that is at fault causing th system to run lean. if not you have some type of restriction in the intake. The P0174 & P0171 Code shows the problem is created before the O2 sensor reads the lean fuel mixture.

P2195 and P2197 means that the O2 sensors on each bank are seeing WAY
too much oxygen in the exhaust gas. In normal operation the signal from
the O2 sensors should swing back and forth between rich and lean...
Your sensors are locked on lean. Replace both O2 sensor.
Hope helps (remember rated this).

The fuel pump is vapor locking, common problem in high temp/altitude states. Call the dealer and see if campaign t-13 applies to your car, if the car was originally sold in a low altitude state, it won't apply. I recommend the fuel pump be replaced with updated fuel pump sub assy.

PO-430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
PO-0301 Should be a misfire on COP Coil #1
PO-316 Misfire Occured in the First 1000 Engine Revolutions
P-2195 Lack of HO2-11 Switch/Lean
P2197 Lack of HO2-21
I have the same vehicle,only a V8
What you have is a very common ford problem. The Ignition Coil on Cylinder #1 is Bad. You can buy it at the local auto part store and change yourself. About $59.00. You remove the coil cover on top of the valve covers, then the coil. I did one in Feb and believe all you need is a 7mm wrench and 7mm socket. #1 should be at the front of engine/pass side.
The other codes are related and you can see if any are there, after you do the coil replacement. If so give them to me.
