Sounds like maybe not enough air flow
through the radiator, maybe take a water hose and try to clean the
front of the condenser/radiator spraying any dirt or leaves out.
If it is clean, I would change the
thermostat, it maybe stuck and not opening enough too allow the
proper coolant flow??
