My 2002 impala radio heater blower and lights wont shut off after car car is off stays on till i disconnect the battery.

There may be a keep-alive relay or module that lets you play the radio after you turn the key off until you open the door.
This relay or module may have failed. Thats actually three different circuits but two are controlled by the key switch.
You may have to get a shop manual to troubleshoot the circuits.

2002 chevy impala ignition control module problem

The engine and the automatic transmission in this vehicle are computer controlled and in most cases when a fault occurs a fault code is stored in the memory of the computer control module. There are exception to this, such as the Mass Airflow Meter and fuel pressure problems. What must be done is to have all the basic testing done such as a scan of the system for fault codes as well as a check with a live data scanner tool for engine functions that are not within range of normal, a trained technician is required to know what is correct and what isn't, then based on careful diagnostics done from a factory repair manual the correct part is replaced or the wiring repaired or the computer replaced (known as the PCM), which is very rarely the problem. Other basic checks must be done as well such as mechanical problems with the engine as well as engine state of tune and mileage on the engine.

My 2002 chevy impala's driver information system and air condition will not come on, what could be causing this?

All of this stuff is electronically controlled by a module, have it scanned for fault codes and proper operation.

Why does my 2002 chevy impala not start when the airbag light is on?

The airbag light has absolutely noting to do with the engine starting unless it is because the airbag module is losing power at the same time that some engine component is losing power due to a defective ignition, battery, or ground circuit.

The best thing to do is to scan your computer network for possible fault codes that may lead you to the cause. Please note that I said "computer network", NOT engine control module. Most generic OBD code readers (like those used at many parts stores as a sales tool to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need) cannot access anything but the continuous memory in the engine control need to scan ALL modules.

Every now and then the car will not start security interups starting 2002 impala

Have a shop that specializes in the eletric systems on your car test the Body Control Module (BCM). This is a weak spot on many GM products. A new BCM for an Impala should cost about $230, plan on another $200 for the diagnosis, replacment, and programming. The dealers typically want between $700 and $1,100 for this.
