STARTS BUT WON'T STAY RUNNING

Could be something as simple as a dirty fuel filter.
Get a can of quick start at the store and have someone start it up, when it wants to die squirt a shot into the intake ... if it runs again for a bit you have a fuel delivery issue. Check the fuel pressure to see if the pump is functioning properly.

If the check engine light is on then you should have your codes read. That's the ONLY way you're going to be able to diagnose and correct the issue without spending a buttload of money chasing a problem that you don't know what it is ...

Shuts off while driving but starts up

Sounds like it's not getting fuel. Check fuel pressure at the fuel rail. If low, make sure the pump is running. If the pump is running, but no pressure at the rail, check fuel, filter. Get back to us with result of these checks.

Sounds like a catalytic converter problem. Driving through deep water can damage. See if you have exhaust flow at the tailpipe. The A/C is most likely low on Freon.

Engine was running fine..stopped at stop light when green hit the gas pedal and the engine stalled.. and now won't restart

Well you have to check for the usual things. See if it is getting gas, check for spark. If it made a "pop" when it died you may have blown your timing belt or it may have jumped a cog or two.

My car was doing the same thing. It would stall out while idling or even turning a corner. I ended up replacing a few sensors but the problem was the fuel injector pressure regulator. The check engine light never came on. It was leaking fuel through the vacuum side of the diaphragm. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the pressure regulator and if there are any traces of gasoline it needs to be replaced.
