Question about 1996 Chevrolet Blazer
If your computer is mounted under the hood the timing is not adjustable.the computer sets the timing.if it is not under the hood,then you disconnect the timing connector below the heater case on the passenger side.the wire is tan with a black stripe.set base timing to 0.hope this helps.good luck.
