Try to check & adjust the accelerator pedal. If it doesnt work try checking the fuel for water contaminants.

My car keeps running when I turn it off

If it "runs on" (like it's trying to stop but can't) then your timing is not set correctly, most likely too advanced. Depends entirely on the make, model and year of your car. Newer cars depend on sensors to set timing many times per second. If your car just keeps running and WON'T stop, you need to see a licensed, dependable auto mechanic, preferably at the dealership. Your car may be covered under a "RECALL" for ignition switches.

Fuel pressure spark car wont start

code p0341 refers to cam shaft position sensor(CMP)sensor A bank1---range/performance problem===causes--insecure sensor/ rotor---air gap---wiring---CMP sensor.. I would pay attention to the sensor and the possible causes as listed because the timing of the engine is related to the position of the cam shaft. Timing is computer controlled and will not be "off" unless the CPU cannot get a definite position of the piston to set the timing

Do the valves need to be set on timing?

please be more specific and a bit more technical because i think you are a bit misguided here as the combustion chamber valves are hydraulic which means they are self adjusting .

Car was runing fine then massive loss of power after comming to complete stop and tryin to accelerate as if was not running on all cylindars or out of gas it bogs but r.p.m.s rev high

You are going to have to inspect for a timing belt, the 1.6, 1.8 has a hydraulic tensioner if it looses its tension you wont run on all cylinder and you will bog down and yet be able to rev high. you will need to change t-belt and the t belt tensioner

Engine starts but does not rev up

Double check the timing marks on the crankshaft and cam pullies. I bet your off by a tooth after replacing the timing belt.
