Question about Dodge B Series Cargo
I believe that was around the years that they used a ceramic ballast resistor, usually mounted on firewall area under hood. Approx. 1-1/2" x 3", with bolt in center and a male spade connector on each end. What your describing was pretty common in those days. I'd look for one on that vehicle.
