Knocked off vacuum lines on a 22R carb manual transmission 2WD. 1981 Toyota SR5 pickup need a picture of how and where the lines connect

wow that is and old car. with lots of vacuum magic, there.
we crushed many here in the USA, just for that reason.
no country stated, so? you do know smog = vacuum then
and smog varies by COUNTRY.
so cant help you. no one can, unless they dont know facts like that.
so 22R carb. usa.
log in to alldata.com (DIY) google that, its the best.!!! IMO !
or open hood look up. see that EPA sticker there, with vacuum map? (not sure of first year, that was a mandate, but looking is free.

got a basket case ,huh, others doings?

i have this 80s vacuum map from then that has like 100 hoses.
we look today and run, far from this mess.
they thought they could make a vacuum computer then,
sad huh? and actually made more smog than it reduced.
a sad fact that.
I run a 1968 car with one vacuum line, a VW.
1 wire, 2 hoses and it runs.

ok im online at alldata
there are like 50 vacuum setups ,just usa. all engines 80s.
calif and federal.
and canada.
it looks like the horror ended in 1980, not sure,

most are so complex there the drawings are head scrarchers.
id recommend buying real OEM use, FSM, it will have the details
to that level you need, I promise.
here ill type for you...... at ebay,,,, buy one.

Where do the hoses connect to on 4 bbl rochester carburetor, it has no hoses attached, on my 79 350 motor

1979 chevy C1500
the vacuum setup varies,
by (california, Federal (USA) and export models)
where are you, or if in USA the under hood sticker shows if calif.or not.

if in usa, use the FSM (buy one used) or use alldata.com
on USA cars , (not sure starting year, this one is old) the vacuum
map is on the underside of the hood. (not not painted over, etc)

Do you know where i can find a 'vacuum diagram' for a turbo 350 transmission (1980 chevy blazer...stalls when you put it in gear)

There is usually only one vacuum connection on a turbo 350. It connects to the modulator valve on the side of the transmission. This valve uses engine vacuum to determine transmission shift points. The other end usually connects to a direct engine vacuum source. A "direct source" is a hose connection on the throttle body that has a vacuum signal available at idle. If it doesn't, then it's considered a "ported source".I have had some experience with the chevy blazer/gmc jimmy series, both the early large body models and the small body versions. The stalling when put into gear complaint is most likely caused by a bad intake gasket which is common on the older versions with the small block V8 motors. The newer versions with the vortek motors also had allot of trouble with throttle body gaskets. If these problems have not already been addressed, then there's a good chance that it will take care of the problem. Other possible sources of vacuum leaks are the pcv hose that is hard and brittle. Check the hose out carefully, especially the side that normally faces the engine. Check the throttle body bolts (carburetor bolts) for tightness. I hope that this information is helpful to you. Thank you for using Fixya.com.

1978 Chevy c10 pick up v8 350 my truck keep die even wen i chang gears i replace the fuel pump and check the spark pulges and check the vacuum it was good

Manual/automatic?? If automatic your torque convertor is probably going bad or your clutch packs in the tranny. If manual your clutch is gripping too much or not releasing properly
