Question about Kia Rio
It sounds like your ignition cylinder is broken. When the wheel is locked, there is no need to "****" it. You simply turn the wheel to the left, try and turn the key, if the key won't turn, turn the wheel to the right, try and turn the key again. By jerking the wheel, the wheel lock/cylinder must have gotten broken. I don't have the manual in front of my right now, but I believe it is just a matter of pulling the steering column covers off, and then removing the lock cylinder, where the key goes in.
