i have a 1991 Lexus ls 400.My radio is locked.Does anyone know how to get it unlocked.Tried all combos of my code now permanently locked.Please help

Please respond with the 5 digit model # located on the faceplate of the radio.

Consult your owners manual--in the radio section there is a master code listed---use that then reset the radio with your own code---
