Check the Auto shutdown relay and or the Sensor on the bell housing Crankshaft position sensor [on the passenger side up top] along with the sensor inside distributor.
The auto shutdown relay is in the black box next to the battery.

I HAVE NO SPARK AFTER REPLACING COIL, DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR. WHAT DO I CHECK NOW?

You need to replace the pickup yet. This has wires on it, and is located inside the distributer cap. While this is off, make sure that the distributer is actually rotating when you crank the engine. Check all fuses, check voltage going to the coil with ignition on.

I have fuel but no spark. what can it be?

it could be a crank sensor, ignition module, coil, if this has a distributor could be pickup coil or a bad distributor, bad cap/rotor. could also be a PCM problem on the ignition circuit.

Down deep in the distributor there is a pickup coil did anyone check or replace it ? I find its easier to pull the distributor but mark position first.. then replace the pickup coil in the distributor.. that's about last thing to replace sounds like you have done the others.

1989 Chevy 2500 pickup. Two months ago I was driving and truck just died. After it cooled off it would crank for maybe 5 seconds then would not crank. Replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil. Still...

You can have the coil and module tested at most auto parts stores. The module provides the ground signal to the coil. It could also be the pickup coil in the bottom of the distributor.

Good ecm good coil new cap and rotor no spark out of distributor

Several more possibilities.
You would need to check the coil for power from the EEC relay and ground signal from the pickup and module in the distributor.
Do you know if you are getting injector pulse ?

1996 GMC 1500 Pickup. Keep blowing 20A ECM-B fuse. Replaced Ign Mod,Coil,Cap/Rotor & pickup. Any Ideas Out There? Afraid to go any futher...dont want to ruin these new parts!

if you keep blowing a fuse there's a good chance it's not a faulty part but a short in the main harness most likely under the dash where all the connectors tend to get brittle over time and short out constantly. also check the ecm connection there is a 60 pin type.
