What's your question?converting. fuel injection to curbarator on 1.6 monza 1990 model, connections. from ignition. distributer, coil. and modulator.

VERY VERY BAD IDEA! Honestly, more trouble than it's worth, and FAR BETTER to simply repair the fuel injection system.
Your vehicle was not designed to operate properly with a carburetor, and you will never be able to countermand the ECU's control of basic engine functions. Please consider simply REPAIRING the FUEL INJECTION, and use a tuner to optimize (you will get much better results).

Start then cut off, won't start back smell gas check spark plugs. they were wet

The fuel pump pressurizes the system and circulates fuel past your fuel injectors. A fuel pressure regulator makes sure there is adequate pressure on the line for the injectors to release the proper amount of fuel when they open (rough explanation). The fuel injectors are controlled by the computer, not really the gas pedal. The computer handles everything for the fuel injection. The gas pedal just opens the throttle plate, allowing more air in. More air needs more fuel, more air and fuel = more power. It all happens very, very fast. Anyway, cranking the vehicle will result in fuel being injected into the cylinders. Without it burning off, yes it could accumulate on the spark plugs and they would appear wet. To work properly, the engine needs (basically) air, fuel, spark, and compression. The timing has to be perfect too.
Look up a quick test on the IPDM ECM relay test. You swap the relay for the computer with one for foglights and test to see if it'll start. That ECM relay has been know to rust internally and fail. Swapping with the foglight relay is merely for testing/troubleshooting purposes. If it works, then you should purchase the proper relay.
There could be many other causes, but this one is pretty easy to try.

Does my 94 lhs have a mass air sensor

Yes, all cars that have fuel injection have a mass air flow sensor. The vehicle's computer uses the readings from the MAF sensor to tell the injection system when to fuel the engine, and how much fuel the engine needs to have the correct air to fuel mixture to run properly.

Engine turns over on my 2003 Jetta 1.9L TDI but does not start. New battery , all lights are working. Changed fuel fillter and put diesel in it to wet it, but still does not start. It did start once and...

When were the glow plugs last changed?

They sit over the cylinder like spark plugs and warm the diesel before it goes into the inlet manifold, greatly assists starting.

Fuel injection flush - is it necessary?

no its a joke to buy something like that in a can to put in your tank, think about it,raw gas is the best cleaner for grease, oil ,varnish,
But what gas or any injector cannot dissolve is rust partials from metal fuel tanks. And most of them are plastic now.
