This motor has a DOHC configuration with hydraulic self-adjusting tappets - so a noise on them is practically impossible unless they are worn out to a level that makes the functioning of the motor problematic.
The noise is almost surely coming from one of the distribution chains, the automatic tensioner has failed and the chain is now loose.

you can find an engine repair manual with diagrams - the tensioner will have to be replaced.
It's the tensioner plate, it's hit by the chain. The sound disappears because the chain gets tensioned by the effort put in it by the crankshaft at higher revs and the resulting centrifugal force. You will have to access the distribution to replace it.
But it might be also caused by detonations - check the sparkplugs , replace the fuel you are now using and run a cleaning fuel additive.
