It's not an electrical interference. It's your A/C Actuators..you can get new ones from your local auto parts store. When you remote start your car, the air conditioning automatically uses the cabin air and once you turn the key it changes to outside air..I have had this problem and fixed it

I have heard this click. It's electrical interference. When you remote start it doesn't turn everything on like the key would. It really shouldn't do this, but it doesn;t seem to hurt anything. If you had the remote installed recently ask the company about it.

Battery checked, has gas, oil, all fluids and belts are good what else should we check

If the engine turns over use starting fluid and see if it starts. It sounds like your fuel pump is bad. You could try banging on the bottom of the fuel tank and see if you could knock a little life in it. It worked for me a few times.

Check for power at the big cable on the starter motor. The little wire should have power when key held in start posision. If have power to them have someone hold key in start poss & give starter solinoid a knock with hamer if no go knock starter body. If go when knocked need new starter

clicking when you turn the ignition on most vehicles could be one of two things. First the selenoid for the starter. Second the batterry is worn out or drained. Since your jeep starts with the remote its not your battery. Lucky for you your remote starter is like having a second selenoid. If you are so inclined you might try to fix it yourself. Open the hood. Have someone else turn the key. Follow the sound. I don't have a jeep of that model to look at but It could possibly be comming from a two post terminal that is realatively easy to change. If you are worried about reassembly take pictures before you start. Clean all connections that look corroded.

1985 BMW 325e will not start

rcaf arrow: The clicking sound id probably your starter solenoid. Tis solenoid is actually a relay that connects your starter to the battery so the starter can turn the engine over to get it started.
Try knocking the starter with a hammer, (not real hard, just kinda medium) and see if that makes a difference  I suspect your starter is going bad.
Any indication of prior problems with starting?????

Starting

Hello,
The fastest solution now would be to take a hammer and gently knock the starter (it's the part that makes the click when you turn the key). If you can't reach it with the hammer, use some bar or metal pipe, put one end of the pipe on the starter and knock the other end.
This solution may do the trick if the relay is jammed, and usually helps you to go to the nearest mechanic who should change the bad part.
