SOURCE: oil change light

Turn the key on. Observe the odometer. Is "ODO" displayed? If not, push the trip meter button until "ODO" is displayed, with the total mileage travelled shown.
Turn the key off.
Push & HOLD the trip reset button until advised to release it.
Turn the key to "ON" (do not start engine)
Observe the ODO display.
You should see 5 dashes, then 4, then 3, then 2, then one, and finally, five zeros.
The original mileage that you observed should be redisplayed.
Release the trip reset button.
The proceedure is now complete.

SOURCE: 2005 Toyota Corolla Radio fuse

Pg. 250 of your 2005 Owner's Manual shows the location of the Fuse Boxes. There is one under your hood on the driver's side and the other is under the dash just to the left of steering wheel. Pg 272, will show you how to replace the fuses. Pg. 286-287 gives a diagram and description of each fuse and what part of the electrical system it enables.
This portion of the electrical system correspondeds to the fuse in position 32 on pg. 287 of the manual.
Your going to have to get on your back with a flashlight and open up the fuse box under the dash by the steering wheel. The lid of the fuse box shows the positions of the fuse and their amperage rating. Like I said, replace the fuse in postion 32 (15 Amp). There is a spare 15 Amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood (easy to get to, see the diagrams in the owner's manual). There is also a fuse puller tool next to the spare fuses.

For my toyota corolla 1nz 121 (right hand drive) thereis no power supply to the radio, side rear vision mirrors nd the light in the clock? and also can not locate the fuse box inside the car?

On my right hand drive 2007 Toyota Corolla 1.6 wagon (NZ) the interior fuse box for the radio/cig lighter/mirrors etc was in behind the glovebox. I had to pull open the glovebox (squeeze in the sides to get it past the stops) and carefully unclip it from its bottom plastic hinges (take care to unclip the opening damper on the left hand side as well). Looking up I found the cover to the fuse box. I removed the cover and using the little white plastic tool from the fuse box under bonnet (and the spare 15A fuse from the same place) I replaced the blown 15A CIG fuse and it all came back to life!

Toyota corolla 2000 cigarette lighter no working

Check your fuse boxes - your drivers manual should show you where the fuse is located - there are several fuses that work with the cigarette lighter, one located inside the vehicle, left of the steering wheel, the other 2 located under the hood.

No need to pay a mechanic to do this, your owner's manual lists fuse replacements under "do it yourself maintenance" - My Toyota dealership quoted me $70+ to do this, when it cost me $5 to buy 5 fuses, now I have 4 spare.
Hope this helps.

Fog lamp relay location

you may find it in the fuse box under the bonnet it looks like a big fuse about an inch square & the same height it might tell you on the inside of the fuse box lid, when you pull it out it should have four or more terminals on it, if not there look for it around the engine bay....hope this helps....cheers

Where is the coolant in my Toyota

Hi,

Coolant would generally refer to the additive that helps the water in the radiator to cool down your engine (it also pertains to the antifreeze). Often there would be a white plastic container with a plastic hose that leads to the top of the radiator below the radiator cap. This container is the reservoir or overflow tank. The coolant would then be the liquid inside (normally red for Toyota).

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.
