Remove the center grille section with the chev emblem. It held in with clips. Then you'll see two slide pins behind the headlight housing. Pull those, and remove te housing to access the bulb behind it. Hope this helps, James Booth

How do you change headlights on a 2006 trailblazer ls?

first remove the headlamp assembly. there should be one or two clamps with a rubber grip vertically inserted behind the headlamp. they can be difficult but you just pull them up to remove the assembly. Then the socket should have either a snap in or twist in retention system remove it and you can pull the bulb. when you replace the new one be sure not to handle it with your hands. use a clean cloth, glove, or other item to insert it and then reverse the procedure to install the rest.
