The code will have to be reset at a garage. They have a small computer that plugs in near you fuse box, finds the code and resets it(turns it off). Hope this helps you

1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible code P1495. I

Code 1495 = Leak Detection Pump Solenoid Circuit

Remove the connector from the solenoid (should be on the back wall, just to the drivers side of the air-hat). You will have the solenoid to check and the harness. What you want to measure is the voltage coming from the harness and the resistance of the solenoid.

Turn the key to the "ON" position but do not start the motor; the voltage at the connector should be at least 10V or more,.now, check the resistance of the solenoid (should be around 35 ohms).
