Question about 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 2WD

I have a 2004 chevy cav. and when put gas in it it shoots gas back out at you. and how do you fix it

Breather tube in gas tank filler tube is blocked or kinked , you need to see if upper line is clear. Had same problem with my son's truck.

Your Cav has Fuel Injection, therefore the electric fuel pump is inside the tank. uel injection units require much more pressure than a manual pump can deliver.

Hi Jamie,
As you turn the key, **** the steering wheel hard side-to-side. The anti-theft interlock between the ignition switch and the steering is just jammed. Happens to all cars from time-to-time, and that's the fix.
